KNEE PHYSICAL THERAPY
For helping reduce knee pain or post-surgery.  These are really good and simple

REMEMBER: ALL EXERCISES MUST BE DONE WITHOUT PAIN!!


LEG PRESS:70-0 Degrees START AT VERY LOW WEIGHT i.e 30lbs

















KNEE EXTENSION (90-40 degrees) START AT LOW WEIGHT i.e 20LBS
















HIP ABDUCTION/ADDUCTION START LOW WEIGHT i.e 20lbs
















WALL SQUATS(0-70 degrees) Remember do not go past 70 degress. DO NOT FEEL PAIN
















LATERAL STEP DOWN(FIND STAIRS OR SMALL STABLE BOX)
















FRONT STEP DOWN(FIND STAIRS OR SMALL STABLE BOX)

















SQUATS ROCKER BOARD(USE PILLOW)





BICYCLE
